About Boarding and Daycare
We believe a confident dog is a happy dog. When your dog is here, they are exposed to many different people and dogs under our direct supervision (Privacy Package available). This exposure to a safe social environment is key to achieve harmony and growth in their development in addition to endless exercise.
Is your dog a good fit? Yes! We take ALL dogs and provide a custom approach to each dog that comes here. With our several fenced in play areas, it’s easy to separate or group dogs based on size, age, gender, or behavior. We know how to cater to any kind of dog and keep them active, safe, and promote socialization growth. We will do whatever it takes to make you and your pup comfortable!

FAQ
Where will they sleep?
All dogs are boarded in private runs that are in a heated, cooled, and moisture controlled facility that is cleaned daily and veterinarian approved and inspected each year. The individual sizes of runs range from 3 ft x 4 ft for small dogs to 4 ft x 8 ft for multiple dogs from the same family.
Where will they play?
We have five large outdoor fenced in turf areas with play equipment where we separate different groups of dogs based on age, size, gender, and temperament. We also have two indoor play areas that are great for inclement weather days and for the smaller or shorter haired dogs that come to stay. We truly do cater to ALL DOGS!
What to bring?
Bring – Food (or we have some for $2/day), bedding, updated vaccination records if needed, collar (or we rent them for $3/day), and have your dog leashed when coming or going.
Don’t bring – Bowls, comforters, raw hides, or other kennels.
Please do not bring extremely large containers or bags of food, as we have limited space for the dog’s belongings. We do not accept dog dishes from home (excludes slow feeder bowls).
Optional – Toys, blankets, chewing treats, or anything to make your dog’s stay more comfortable.
If you provide your own bedding, please ensure it can be washed easily. We do not accept crates/kennels and prefer no large stuffed beds. We have blankets at our facility to provide your dog if you would prefer the use of those.
Vaccination requirements?
We recommend vaccines to be given 2 weeks ahead of time for best results.
Puppies 10 weeks – 16 weeks old just need Distemper and Bordetella.
All dogs 16 weeks and older need Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella.
You can bring proof of vaccinations when you arrive or call your veterinarian and ask them to email the records to fetchersfm@gmail.com. Vaccinations must be administered by a licensed veterinarian.

Meet the Team
Ez
Hi! I’m Ez, one of the professional dog handlers at Fetchers. Animals have been my whole world since I was very young so it’s only natural that I’ve spent the majority of my teen years working as a dog handler and volunteering at my local zoo. However, I feel I have never worked a day in my life because I love what I do. One of my favorite parts of my day is getting to know a new furry face but also seeing a returning one, both at the kennel or out and about. I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life and have had a variety of other pets through the years. Currently my household is also home to my ball python, Kosj, and is just waiting to welcome more creatures big and small.

Toured Fetchers. Wonderful design with the best interest of dogs in mind. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend Fetchers!
Fetchers is head and shoulders above everybody else in the fm area. The people here are always helpful and do a great job caring for my dog. Dutch my chocolate lab absolutely loves this place. Thanks to everybody at Fetchers for all that you do everyday!!
Huge outdoor area! It’s more like a well supervised dog park than a boarding facility- although the indoor area is equally impressive. Definitely where my dog will be going from now on!
Best dog daycare and boarding facility in Fargo. Jax doesn’t care if it’s a day of daycare, or a week of being boarded, he absolutely loves this place!
Fetchers did a great job with my both my dogs. I have two German Shepherds that I was able to drop off for for a full day of playing! (The 2nd dog in the same family is cheaper, so that was a plus!) They both came home tired and ready to wind down. Peaceful night for everyone! We will definitely be using them again in the future! Thanks Fetchers!
